"Designing Stormwater Drainage"

featuring Ray Parsell, Principal of RFP Stormwater who will address us on the design of stormwater drainage pipe networks. The selection of appropriate junction pressure change coefficients can be a crucial and, at times, contentious topic.

Our guest speaker has over 25 years experience in the stormwater industry, as an employee of private surveyors, Wallis & Moore, Liverpool City Council, Blacktown City Council, the City of Ryde and more recently consulting to local government and private developers.

Ray is the author of S1DHGL stormwater software, a drainage pipe network hydraulic grade line analysis and design tool.

Also on the night will be the usual updates on the Institution, SMIC, BOSSI, Seniors Group and the Young Surveyors Group.
